Terms and Conditions of Use pscuci – Read Before You Play

Welcome to pscuci. This Terms and Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and pscuci ("Platform", "we", or "the company"). By accessing the pscuci website, registering an account, making any deposit, or using any part of our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document.

Withdrawal-Related:

• Withdrawal processing times depend on the selected method; however, pscuci strives to complete all withdrawals as quickly as possible.

All bonuses are subject to the specified wagering requirements, which must be met before any winnings derived from those bonuses can be withdrawn.

• Pscuci reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraudulent means or system exploitation.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without fulfilling the specified wagering requirements.
• Bonus balance and cash balance are applied separately in the order determined by the pscuci system.

• The outcome of all games is final once a round is completed and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.
• In the event of a technical failure or system disruption during a game session, pscuci reserves the right to void the affected round and return the original bet to the player.
• Bets placed cannot be cancelled once a game round has started.
• Any winnings obtained as a result of a software malfunction or technical error are void and will not be paid out.

Pscuci reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or close the account of any user at any time where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the user's own request.

Users may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting the pscuci customer support team. Prior to closure, all outstanding wagering requirements must be fulfilled and any eligible fund balance will be returned via the original payment method.

• Accounts closed due to terms violations are not eligible for refunds of any unredeemed bonuses or credits.
• Data from closed accounts will be retained in accordance with applicable legal requirements before being permanently deleted.
• Users whose accounts have been closed due to a violation are not permitted to re-register without written consent from pscuci management.

Pscuci provides this platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure optimal platform availability and performance, we make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service continuity.

• Pscuci is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform.
• Pscuci's maximum total liability to any user shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• Pscuci is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence.
• Any service disruption resulting from scheduled maintenance, natural disasters, or events beyond our reasonable control shall not be held against pscuci.
